Warframe players/fans that stuck around since release are real ones, because that game was REALLY bad when it dropped.

Opera Omnia was probably the closest Gacha ever got to being done right... And it got shut down so that Square Enix could dedicate more resources to an NFT game, and without even finishing the story for the Global side of things... And not even an offline mode like similar games did when closing down. But Warframe, Warframe is Free2Play done right, plain and simple, and it is lasting as long as it has (and will last much longer) because of just how much the Devs listen and pay attention to the players, and the fact that Warframe has been their passion project for literal years. I've said it in another video but EVERYTHING WITH STATS CAN BE EARNED WITH ENOUGH PATIENCE, the only thing that you have to pay for are certain cosmetics.

He’ll probably mention this but the devs actually removed a feature that was making too much money essentially! Among other things they were worried about the potential for an addictive feature, they removed it cos one player was overusing it, tell me which of the AAA companies would’ve done the same?!

"Warframe is getting weird" to be fair, it always has been, and that's because DE makes it the kind of game they wanna play rather than the kind that makes them the most money. EVERYTHING THAT HAS STATS CAN BE FARMED FOR WITH ENOUGH PATIENCE. I cannot stress how unusual that is with Free2Play. And yeah, the plot as a whole is basically a tutorial for each feature or location introduced by whatever story quest you're currently doing, not counting one-time events where you very much have to be as efficient as possible.
